Dr Andrew Farr is the practice principal of Broad Street Dental Surgery and graduated from Cardiff University with a prestigious Honours degree in 2007. Following further study and examination he was awarded membership of the faculty of Dental Surgeons by the Royal College of Surgeons, London in 2009. He has worked in the Maxillofacial department in Plymouth gaining invaluable experience in the head and neck and has a developed a specialist interest in oral surgery.
In 2017, he successfully completed a certificate in Implantology through the world-renowned International Team for Implantology. This has allowed Dr Farr to provide dental implants for his patients.
Since then Dr Farr has successfully completed a two-year postgraduate diploma in restorative dentistry gaining a distinction and has completed his post graduate diploma in implantology also gaining a distinction. Dr Farr has a passion for Dental Implants, having placed over 100! Dr Farr has gone on to complete a mentoring and education diploma in 2024 allowing him to mentor other dentists starting out on their implant placement journey. 

Dr Farr has been Denplan Excel accredited since 2014 demonstrating his ability to achieve consistently high standards as a dentist and has been shortlisted as a finalist for both private dentistry awards and clinical dentistry awards both in 2023 and 2024.
